Course Bookings | Terms & Conditions

On this page you will find information on deposits, payment terms and cancellation policies for any bookings on our courses. 

Deposits

Whether you choose to pay via a Payment Plan or pay in full, all deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by a customer, cancellation fees will be due as set out below:

  • 61+ day prior to course commencement – Full Refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
  • ​60 Days Prior to Course Commencement – No Fee Refunded.

 

Titanic Creative Management will make every effort not to cancel courses at short notice, however if unforeseen circumstances arise Titanic Creative Management reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason prior to the start of the course.

In the event of cancellation by Titanic Creative Management, Customers will be notified and a full refund of all course fees will be made.

Titanic Creative Management will not be liable for any travel, other expenses or consequential loss arising from a cancellation.

Titanic Creative Management reserve the right to refuse participation on any course from any individual.

Course Alterations

Titanic Creative Management reserve the right to reschedule and/or change tutors for courses if circumstances dictate this is needed - we obviously work hard to ensure that courses don't get rescheduled or that we have to change the tutor but due to the nature of this industry in certain circumstances this may be necessary.
